Trying to choose between a 2000 CLK430 Convertible or a Hummer H2? HELP!?

I am trying to choose a vehicle to purchase. I work in sales and make somewhere around $6000 per month. I have a choice between a 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK430 Convertible with 32,000 original miles or a 2003 Hummer H2 with 75,000 miles. Either way, I can deduct gas money, and the Hummer I am leaning towards as they're both around the same payment per month. PLEASE HELP I AM TORN!

Thanks!Trying to choose between a 2000 CLK430 Convertible or a Hummer H2? HELP!?Get the Mercedes, its a very nice vehicle, the H2 is just a 3/4 ton chev truck with a different body, poor steering, rough suspension, terrible gas mileage, other than the semi military look it has nothing going for it.Trying to choose between a 2000 CLK430 Convertible or a Hummer H2? Is it for Luxury, for Performance, or for Capability?

The Hummer H2 is a nice full-size SUV with loads of features. Has a available "Luxury Package" that can get a lot of attention from people, yet a H2's main purpose is Off-Road (Like most Hummers, unlike most Mercedes vehicles except the G-Class). The Hummer H2 has a mixed-MPG of 16mpg with a strong, high-torque V8 engine and 4WD. Stability on the streets is not bad, but like all full-size SUVs, turning in the narrow city streets is quite hard, however can be reasonable in highway driving at around 50-55mph (speed isn't what full-size SUVs are best at). The Hummer H2 is incredibly durable and can tow a lot behind it, as you would expect from a company originated as a military vehicle brand.

The Mercedes-Benz CLK-430 is a premium luxury convertible that can really turn heads. a strong V8 gives this car a lot of performance and unlike most convertibles, it is very stable in handling, and is a little more fuel-saving with around a mixed-MPG of 18mpg. The cornering is very good no matter the speed as it is far lower to the ground than a Hummer H2. The Mercedes-Benz CLK-430 looks and runs great in the city and can be quite fun if you want it to run loose on the freeway or on a closed road racing circuit. Convertibles have a reputation to not be very durable. The 2000 Mercedes-Benz CLK-430 is a exception as it gets a good crash test rating, making one of the most durable convertible in the 2000 model year.

If a great performance vehicle that also looks great is what you want, go for the Mercedes-Benz CLK-430. If a durable, bold-looking SUV is what you want, go for a Hummer H2.

For what I recommend, It is the Mercedes-Benz CLK-430. You sound like one from a big city, a Mercedes is a top-of-the-line car for the "upper-class" person. Style and luxury gives the image of how hard-working you are, and by the information, you are by far a hard worker. The Hummer H2 is a nice vehicle, but it would be not that bad in the city, but best if outside of the city and like to go any where where a normal car won't go.Trying to choose between a 2000 CLK430 Convertible or a Hummer H2?
