Why does the hummer SUT version of the H2 get worse mpg, worse hp and torque and is slower than the regular H2?

you would think would have better results than the regualr since it weighs less.Why does the hummer SUT version of the H2 get worse mpg, worse hp and torque and is slower than the regular H2?Poorer aerodynamics.
