where gonna have a savenger hunt at the the mall and were taking a white hummer there for 4 hours it cist 350 so Should I make them pay 20 and not get me a present????

how embarrassing... you're going to invite people to your party, but ask them to pay? just invite them to do something less expensive.
Find something else to do... personally i wouldn't want to get invited to a party that i would have to pay for.
