2006 H3 need to switch the signal/warning flasher relay with the existing one to one that will allow me to operate LED bubls.

it can be obtained from a car parts outlet in canada known as 'Carquest'. You can also ask Hamsar directly by going to their website and looking up their contact info. (http://www.hamsar.com/drlkits.htm)
The install doesn't take that long... a couple of hours once you have all the bits and pieces.
